What is a JAM Packed Closet?

A JAM packed closet is a closet that JAM #bethekindkid provides to school districts in the Pittsburgh area.  The closets contain items such as hats, gloves, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, breakfast snacks, etc.  Districts that have a need send us an Amazon wishlist - we review the items, order the items and send directly to the district, we also provide them with a JAM packed closet sticker.

A list of suggested donations:

  • Toothbrushes

  • toothpaste

  • deodorant

  • combs

  • brushes

  • face wipes

  • travel size mouthwash

  • travel size hand sanitizer

  • travel size hand lotion

  • chapsticks

  • gloves - inexpensive

  • hats - inexpensive

  • peanut butter crackers - individual

  • granola bars

  • individual gold fish crackers

  • bar soap

  • wash cloths
